QOwnNotes is a plain-text file notepad and todo-list manager with Markdown support and Nextcloud / ownCloud integration.
i use tot as a scratchpad/post-it note kind of thing, and bear in the rare instances i actually need long term personal notes. anything team-related goes into our shared notion instance so we can limit duplication of learning effort
I use Obsidian.md for taking notes at work, planning project, preparing D&D campaigns, planning EUIV games as well as everything else.
Emacs org mode
