Nuxt 3 is perfectly usable at this point but even without it the existence of Antfu's Vitesse template means that a reasonable alternative has long existed.

Vuetify isn't even that great to begin with (personal opinion). Irrespective of that personal belief, it's beyond me that people want to hang on to it as if it's in any way shape or form critical to Vue. If you're dead set on material design Quasar has always been better anyway. Otherwise there are several other production ready Vue 3 UI frameworks that are both superior and have been around for a long time already.
