  The Luxembourgish Online Dictionary made available to Dictionary.app on MacOS

This dictionary is provided in an easy to use installation package, which includes also the spellchecker definitions from spellchecker.lu. The install package and the configuration instructions are available on the homepage of the project.

I'm working on it. But it seems that windows has no standard way to do this, so it will require the installation of a 3rd party software like "Golden Dict" http://goldendict.org/
