Not really -- there was a large dip this week since most places didn't report numbers Memorial Day weekend which caused most of the 7 and 14 day averages to go down artificially. According to https://ourworldindata.org/ the US numbers have steadily been going up, not quickly but still upwards. In my community both cases and hospitalizations are up 100% compared to a week ago.
