SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
Next.js is very nice. One thing that always strikes a nerve with me though is that it goes against 12 factor. There is no proper way to build once, deploy (with config) multiple times. So either you have to build for each environment, which on kubernetes means building different container images. Or do a full re-build when the container starts, which means slower container startup, but at least you can re-use the container across environments and properly inline environment variables. There's a discussion about this; https://github.com/vercel/next.js/discussions/24010
