My close ones knows my master password to my keepass where I keeping all secrets. I trust all of them and they won't use it without my permission (otherwise, what the point to care about passing secret after death when no trust while alive). If one won't a close ones to know a master password while still alive, one can write a master password on a paper and put it in deposit box in a bank and grant access to it in a last will.
