Actually yes (for Gnome) and I just found it yesterday. Clipboard Indicator by SUPERCILEX You can set the shortcut to any key in the options, but I unbound Super+V from "Show notifications panel" and use that, and it works very well
The bitwarden browser extension allows this? How? I see multiple tickets on the bitwarden github that says it's an issue, and it is an issue for myself as well.
