If you'd like to make your cover yourself, canva.com and Photoshop (photopea.com for a free online version) are the usual go-tos for making covers. picsart.com is also great for photo editing. You can also find free uncopyrighted images on sites like unsplash.com (I'd be careful about using images/artwork/etc. from places like Pinterest or Google images if you don't have explicit permission from the owner! People have gotten into trouble for using uncopyrighted images without permission, possibly even having their stories taken down or their profiles deleted entirely)
