The Wren keyboard is not a 100% board but it has a standard system cluster and a full numpad. It's missing the entire function row including the escape key and prntscrn. Might be what you're looking for.
The biggest hurdle I've run into so far is the size of the 3d printer bed. If you have one of the more budget friendly 3d printers (e.g. Ender 3) with a ~240mm print bed, you're really going to struggle to fit a full size right hand split on the printer, unless you are willing to print it in multiple pieces. I was able to just barely make it work on my printer by making the number pad a separate piece, and slightly crushing the nav cluster, with the left arrow under the right shift, and pgup/pgdn below home/end. I don't like keyboards that rotate the nav cluster vertically, because they usually change the relative position of ins/del/home/end, but I consider moving pgup/pgdn while leaving those four in the correct order to be an acceptable compromise. I still have to figure out where to cram the electronics inside, though, and I only have about 9mm left to play with on the x axis... The tools at http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/ and http://builder.swillkb.com/ were super helpful in working out a layout that would fit on my printer. If you are going to try your hand at designing your own, those are definitely worth checking out.
