I've found a cool "hack" some time ago - you can publish your app to the Store, get it signed, and then extract the APPX/MSIX/MSIXBUNDLE again which you can just publish, and it will be properly signed automatically - the Ambie app is distributed like that (https://github.com/jenius-apps/ambie). You can use the https://store.rg-adguard.net/ to get your final application file.
