[HELP] FSRCNNX shader implementation

¿Is there an existing implementation of the FSRCNNX upscaling algorithm as an hlsl shader that does not use Tensor cores? I've been looking for it, but I've only come across the glsl version (which I can use because I'm working with DirectX) or the Tensor core version which I can't use either due to my graphics card not supporting it.
