  I built the entire thing based on trying different variations of the game. I created the game using p5js, which is a JavaScript library that supports drawing functionality. You can see my implementation here. If you look in the public folder, you can see the files that are the actual program called sketch.js, board.js, and piece.js. The color scheme? That was just me playing around, heh.
