I'm curious what you mean by MixedVR Manager is broken. After reading a lot of github it is sounding like the SteamVR room setup loop may be a bug / problem with OVR Advanced Settings...
Created new layout. Tried to tweak it in ChaperoneTweak but that app never showed a single wall; I am guessing it was not reading the chaperone_info.vrchap correctly.
Follow this guide, specifically the part about setting up proper steamvr chaperone. There are some quest-specific notes in the faq. I actually leave the native guardian on too - they can be on in tandem and sometimes the two playspaces can drift apart so having the actual guardian on keeps you safe from hitting walls.
There’s a different script that you could have a look at — https://github.com/byancey/ReverbG2ConfigManager — it’s specific to G2 but if you’re feeling daring you can probably pull out just the room setup kill.
