  1. kubler

    A generic, extendable build orchestrator.

You may wanna check out Kubler. It's a build orchestrator using Gentoo and Portage to build Docker images. It also supports Podman: https://github.com/edannenberg/kubler

  2. InfluxDB

InfluxDB – Built for High-Performance Time Series Workloads. InfluxDB 3 OSS is now GA. Transform, enrich, and act on time series data directly in the database. Automate critical tasks and eliminate the need to move data externally. Download now.

  3. SkiffOS

    Any Linux distribution, anywhere.

  4. kubler-overlay

    Kubler's Gentoo ebuild overlay

BTW: There is currently a bug, that was introduced by a recent change in user.eclass introduced recently. There is some back and forth with Gentoo devs and the developer of Kubler. It's fixed if you use the live Ebuild. This is a general issue that might break anything installed with ROOT variable being set while using Portage. So it might also affect you, if you create the images on your own.

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
