It just means that ESET found your old installation of TGS. The ID shown in the screenshot (klbibkeccnjlkjkiokjodocebajanakg) belongs to The Great Suspender, NOT to The Marvellous Suspender. You can check it for yourself at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/the-great-suspender/klbibkeccnjlkjkiokjodocebajanakg and compare the ID in this URL with the string in the pop-up message in your screenshot.;
