I want to play fallout 2 (first time) but i hear it has some cut content/ bugs that can be fixed with some mods, what can you guys recommend to me?

You'll definitely at least want the Updated Unofficial Patch. There's a save corrupting bug otherwise that might appear in your game. If you want restored content, then you want the Updated Restoration Project. The restoration project includes the unofficial patch already, so you only need one.
