It's actually a project I'm working on publishing (github link) but it'll have to mostly wait on gradle 7.5 for kotlin 1.6.21 support in plugins. However, the KSP processor should work just fine, so if you copy the kpy-sample directory and add my maven repository to your gradle build configuration it should mostly work.
I think there was a .NET project that created a small taskbar web server for frontends written in C++... it was before atom.io started getting popular... back when the idea of a large personal web server for editing your files was laughed at.
