I was (and still sometimes am) a (Neo)Vim user, and an Emacs user, who used Evil, then tried really hard to get cozy in the Emacs bindings. I went back to Evil for a while but am now exploring an alternative called meow.

You might also find consult-outline and consult-org-heading to jump to headings useful. If you want to focus on the content of a specific heading, you can also narrow to it. I personally like to use worf for keybindings (it's a better version of org speed keys if you're not familiar with it; if the point is before an org heading, keys run commands instead of inserting text).
