For accessing the idracs remote console, I usually run this on my desktop https://hub.docker.com/r/domistyle/idrac6/ it's a dockerized version of the old java versions and even gives you a vnc port. For trying to access the web console if you're in chrome and it won't let you access because of a certificate issue, you can just press the keys for "thisisunsafe" (just type it on the certificate warning there is no box or anything).
