  • How half-baked the current proposal is can be seen from the 579 posts long discussion with lots and lots of examples and edge-cases that don't work well with it and also from the fact that they are changing this syntax in each 3.0.0 milestone release (sometimes back and forth). Here's an example fully using the new syntax and updating from 3.0.0-M2 to 3.0.0-M3. It's not a good look.
