SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
Brief: React.lazy / Next/dynamic - is only really for code splitting by default - this is widely documented on both nextjs.org and reactjs.org ... they allow modules to be loaded at lower priority to your main bundle, however if the component will be rendered in that tree / needs to be rendered in the current tree - the module will be loaded as soon as possible so that react can continue rendering that specific tree.
