You will most likely have to maintain two different build pipelines, one for Linux (gcc , clang, etc) and one for Windows (msvc), but for small projects this is easily doable. I did this for a small game project to reasonable success, here. I’ve come up with better ways to write multi-platform makefiles since then, but this might be helpful.
