To add a calendar dialog to github.com/ncruces/zenity, I needed a strftime implementation in pure Go.

If I make some Go bindings for Exiftool, it makes sense for the package name to be exiftool, but for the repo to be github.com/ncruces/go-exiftool because I also keep a fork of Exiftool.
