I have the same problem. I have found some on unsplash. It randomly picks an image based on the size you put in if you follow these directions. I also have found some decent free images on pixabay.
I use https://picsum.photos/ personally, the images are sourced from unsplash but you can pick dimensions and use seeds to get different images though this is mainly for placeholders in a prototype stage
