Just a note here, the fediverses are a family of decentralized services with interfaces from one to another the most popular would be Mastodon if you like reddit you could check Lemmy and for videos you have Peertube then you need to find an instance where to register (or create your own) and instances can see each others (depending how the admin configured it) in theory you could even use one to comment on another (e.g. watching picture posted on pixelfed trough mastodon)
