SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
This creates a Gatsby website using the already-existing Medusa Gatsby starter.
It’s worth noting that the Gatsby starter makes use of the gatsby-source-medusa plugin to source data from your Medusa server. This data includes products, collections and regions, and as a result, you are able to query this data in the starter using GraphQL queries. You can also explore the data in your store on localhost:8000/___graphql.
