Using as tor a library

I stumbled for days on the tor-android project especially the Makefile till I was able to build it by myself!

Tor does produce libtor.a by linking and including (it wasn't a easy thing), and tried to use it especially the api to create a simple relay/server, and it turn out to be very complicated tbh.
