It works with every console of the 3ds family (I'm using a new 2DS XL), it just needs to be modded. If yours isn't you can mod it yourself, it's super easy even for those who aren't too tech savvy. There's an official step-by-step guide. If your console is already modded, you just have to download this program on your PC. Go to your Luma settings on your 2DS, go to miscellaneous options and toggle "InputRedirection". Then open the program on your PC, insert the console's IP, plug in your controller and you're good to go. Make sure that both your PC and console are connected to the same network and that you're close to the router
