Thanks, but it’s using https://github.com/fyne-io/fyne and not QT. There might be something similar going on with the runtime but it’s so confusing that it was working perfectly up until one point.

As you say, I am not suing the Wayland socket. The toolkit can either be built with only X11 or with only Wayland (the latter not being more than an alpha) and I’m building with only X11. The spec that I’m using: https://github.com/fyne-io/flatpak_demo/blob/main/io.fyne.flatpak_demo.yml
