  • EspruinoHub

A BLE -> MQTT bridge for Raspberry Pi and other Embedded devices

  • I use a BLE tag and a service running on my raspberry pi called EspruinoHub. When the BLE tag is detected , it pushes a true or false to my Mqtt server also on my Pi. From there you can pull it as a occupancy sensor to any number of home applications (home assistant, homebridge etc). Works reliably and you can have multiple tags with custom names and multiple pi’s around the house if need be. I use it as home detection for my wife and I. Tile Pro for losing keys and as presence detection.
