QEMU is apparently really good, but it's command line only. You can pair it with virt-manager to get a graphical interface to manage stuff. You could try skimming through some YouTube tutorials to evaluate if it seems reasonable to try. I haven't myself though, so I'm only going off what I've heard. Regardless of your approach to get a working virtual machine, I hope you'll be successful!
