SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
For mapmaking: Wonderdraft for world maps, dungeondraft for encounter/dungeon maps. Inkarnate is also good, but I prefer the freedom the first two gives me. If you don't want to make it or some inspiration, check https://azgaar.github.io/Fantasy-Map-Generator/ (it's also good if you want to download a vector/polygon version of the map and edit in any gis software)
for a world map i use this site, just hit random a bunch until you find one you like. For battlemaps i go to r/battlemaps r/FantasyMaps or r/dndmaps. not keeping i used to use onenote but ive moved over to obsidian.md because the spiderweb thing is really cool:)
