I wouldn't mind making my own if someone can point me to a library that might be able to help (hopefully Python related). I don't think it would be a difficult task - it's pretty straightforward as far as plugins go and you could probably cannibalise MessageLoggerV2.
I'm already aware of the selfbot type thing, but that's not what I'm looking for since it doesn't work with 2fa.
