Not everyone wants to do that, and that's fine, but at least consider reading the skipped chapters. Some of them get important callbacks later, and they're also just good fun. guya.moe has a nice overview of adapted/unadapted chapters. (As well as being the place to read the English fan translations of the manga. Complete, no ads, great reader, only high quality translations.) If you absolutely *must* start where season 2 left off, start at chapter 92. The anime also adapted chapters 100 and 101 early, (as well as ch.96 and ch.110 in the OVA and Season 3 PV) but don't skip ahead any further - the rest of those chapters are important. If you're buying physical, volume 10 starts with chapter 92.
