I may not be understanding the issue here, but all it really sounds like is you want a media player software that supports playing videos and audio, and has a playlist to queue them up. Which is, like, thousands of them. VLC is a popular multi-platform player that can do this. You can save the playlist in a common format like M3U, and if required configure VLC to not automatically play the next song in the playlist.
If you have separate video and audio files that need to be played in sync (eg. you have an MP4 video and an MP3 song to be played together for a single performance), then you may want to look into free video editors like OpenShot to produce a single video file that can be played in any media player.
