If it's templates in a shared folder, just reinstall the whole thing nightly (or after each user) with MDM or use outset to reinstall it locally at login.
Another option would be to set up eraseinstall each night, especially if you have an MDM and these machines are connected via ethernet. Then just let your MDM wipe them and setup fresh each day. It's overkill but will guarantee the device is set up the same each day. If you don't have an MDM, you still could use eraseinstall and have signed packages that the macOS installer can install for you to use munki or another tool to mass deploy software.
