  • roadmap

IPFS Project && Working Group Roadmaps Repo (by ipfs)

  • When I first started working with it, I found it very exciting and thought it had so much potential, but I have been finding a few drawbacks about it and seeing that their GitHub repo "roadmap" hasn't been updated in 2 years. (https://github.com/ipfs/roadmap), so I was curious what people's honest and unbiased ( as much as you can) thoughts are on this, is IPFS dead?

  • Go IPFS

Discontinued IPFS implementation in Go [Moved to: https://github.com/ipfs/kubo]

  • The blog and go implementation and js implementation are still actively updated. So I wouldn't say it's dead. There are still pain points to be sure, but I'm still excited about this tech.
