Ultimatly if what you miss is user management you can plug your own there as well, I just release a new plugin extension from which you can plugin any authentication mechanism you want (see 1 and 2)
You might take a look at SFTPGo. Having demoed it for a few weeks, I think it should cover points 1,2,5, and half of 3. No OnlyOffice integration that I'm aware of, and no gallery mode. Though if you're versed in Go you might be able to develop a plugin for both of those features.
Filebrowser is a good option too.
