There's actually quite alot of options so you need to figure out what your end goals are and who is using it. For me I actually use a neat custom backend for Git LFS called lfs-folderstore in combo with GitHub, which allows me to host LFS data on something like Dropbox, OneDrive and/or network shared folders.
