I did locate a brilliant Open Source RMM - tacticalRMM (https://github.com/wh1te909/tacticalrmm, https://wh1te909.github.io/tacticalrmm/) which I have now been using for quite a while and this works great for remote control and monitoring. Plus they have a fairly active Discord Server for support and discussion.

For ticketing, we use osTicket (https://osticket.com/). Just spin up a Linux VM with LAMP Stack and Postfix for sending emails and you're all set.
