  Snes9x 2002. Port of SNES9x 1.39 for libretro (was previously called PocketSNES). Heavily optimized for ARM.

  

Snes9x2002 was previously named PocketSNES, and has a lot of ARM optimisations. PSP is MIPS, so these optimisations will not be helpful. I last tried this on the Raspberry Pi 1 and found graphical glitches and some games cause a segmentation fault. I would not recommend. https://github.com/libretro/snes9x2002

  A maintained fork of ZSNES, a Super Nintendo emulator. The original project needs patches to build and is not maintained anymore: https://sourceforge.net/projects/zsnes/

ZSNES itself is GPLv2 and has an actively-maintained port to modern Linux, but it's still half ASM by weight.
