  • uBlock

uBlock Origin - An efficient blocker for Chromium and Firefox. Fast and lean.

  • I've noticed that once uBlock Origin's little counter thing says ">6k", and obviously GMail slows down considerably as also my browser Firefox that became laggy. Reloading GMail or restarting Firefox makes the problem go away. I usually leave opened Gmail tabs in Firefox also for days and noticed that the UBlock counter on the top right continue to increase every 1 minute. Why?I use default UBlock configuration (last version) on Firefox 96.0.3 (64bit) on Windows 10, I also reset it to default, removed and reinstalled, but the problem is still present.I can understand that Gmail push notifications, but how to avoid this behavior? Please don't tell me to put Gmail site into blocked list.I found more or less the same issue here from 2015:https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/issues/453
