I've recently been testing out some command-tab app switchers to see which works best, and have really enjoyed Contexts and Witch. I like the feel of Contexts more (it feels native), but Witch has the ability to view, search, and switch directly to any tab in any window. For instance, I can open a specific tab of Safari using Witch whereas with Contexts I need to first open the Safari window that holds the tab, and then manually switch to that tab from there. This problem can be somewhat overcome using the Browser Tabs Alfred workflow, but I still prefer having both tabs and windows both visible from within a command-tab app switcher.
I use rcmd in combination with Alt-Tab's window switcher to also have the ability to switch between windows of the same application (that's because rcmd is published on the App Store which doesn't allow Accessibility Permissions for listing/focusing specific windows)
