Yes! there's a Powershell Module called ImportExcel which can also create Excel files and do some fancy stuff like pivot tables (though it can't use .xls files aka the old format).
That actually works on most linux shells as well. It's just bash that's horrible at that. But ZSH and fish do that as well. Also, no matter what shell, run starship.
