Lela is a web-based application that provides the user with a diet plan based on their characteristics like height, weight, age etc. In today’s busy life everyone can just dream of having a properly balanced diet. A balanced diet is important because your organs and tissues need proper nutrition to work effectively. Also, it helps us to make our posture right while performing yoga. Most of us are working from home for a long time and I feel exercise is a must for everyone and doing yoga helps us to stay fit.
