EDIT: Also, as for your actual question, I don't think there's a list of deleted files, but there are recovery scripts for btrfs such as undelete-btrfs that could help if you actually lost data, even if you didn't have any snapshots.
Anyway, if Timeshift isn't working for you try Snapper. It's not quite as user-friendly, being a command-line daemon based around configuration files, but it's more powerful and doesn't care about your volumes not being called @ and @home. You can also turn it into a backup tool using snap-sync.
