    Recently I found out there is a version of google maps focused on railways, https://www.openrailwaymap.org/ , and if you look in the electrification settings at the US and then at Europe or Asia it is such a crazy difference. The only electrification visible on a national level is in the northeast corridor which is crazy to me.
