I propose to balance it with more scoped tools that try to help you to master your chosen programming languages. My preferences are CodeWars and Exercism. You cannot lose when you get better and better at learning your main weapon, i.e., the lang you're going to code in. Also, I promise you that later you'll not be that motivated to study the conventions, tricks & tips, etc., so it's a perfect time to hit that RIGHT NOW.
