winget-cli
WinGet is the Windows Package Manager. This project includes a CLI (Command Line Interface), PowerShell modules, and a COM (Component Object Model) API (Application Programming Interface).
https://scoop.sh has all that worked out a lot better imho, requiring only a simple json file to have a package available and some instructions to auto-update the entry for new versions. That being said, I've had some issues with scoop, too,
I haven't looked at it for a while, but a while ago I found these issues: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/issues/179 https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/issues/279
