  • OpenRA

Open Source real-time strategy game engine for early Westwood games such as Command & Conquer: Red Alert written in C# using SDL and OpenGL. Runs on Windows, Linux, *BSD and Mac OS X.

  • While it's not identical to the original, I'd highly recommend checking out OpenRA. It's free, native Linux, and looks and plays very similarly to classic C&C games. It's also available as an AppImage, which will be a lot more familiar to somebody used to downloading programs on Windows rather than using a package manager. They have Red Alert, Tiberian Dawn, and Dune 2000, so there's a bit of variety as well.

  • Bottles

Run Windows software and games on Linux
